Continue 10 reps and do at least 3 sets.

  • Simple Crunches

Forget the hardcore crunches and indulge in mini crunches for now. Slowly lift your head up till the point you tense your abdominal muscles. 2 sets of 6-7 each will be great for beginners.

Squats

Squats are great for your abs, back, legs and hips. Engage in simple squats with feet, shoulder width apart. A single set of 15 reps will be great at this point. Overdoing squats may result otherwise, hence slowly build up your pace.

Dancing

The best exercise is dancing! Believe it or not, dancing to your favorite beats alone in the room, next to your baby will not only help you lose weight overall but also keep your mood uplifted while you enjoy and relax. Simply choose a nice upbeat playlist, sit your baby in his swing/rocker and dance away. The best part is that you don’t need specific moves, no dance partner and no one is watching you! You can be yourself and enjoy.

Walk to the park

If you want to spend some quality time with your baby while working on your weight loss, simply opt for a walk to the park or to the mall. While your baby will rest in his stroller, you can work those legs and tummy towards healthy fitness.
